Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                    
NO. 266(L&C) "An Act relating to guide-outfitter and master                    
guide-outfitter licenses; extending the termination date of the Big            
Game Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective                 
date."  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(L&C) was referred to the Rules                       
Committee.
